Hi all,

I recently got back the results of my FBI police clearance. They have stamped it as "NO ARREST RECORD" whereas I thought it should have been "NO RECORD". Is that something to be concerned about?

I asked this same question on another forum and someone replied that there is no need to worry. But this immigration is such a pain in the head that I want to make sure everything that I do is done right the first time(I know I sound paranoid but please HELP... ).

Thanks

i just got mine back and its a stamp with the same legend "no arrest record" i belive you are fine, i was actualy waiting for some sort of letter.. i was surprized to recive that card back

Hello guys,

dont worry about "NO ARREST RECORD" or "NO RECORD", both are same. Its fine, no problem at all.

Thanks

Hi guys, "No Record" or "No Arrest Record" means you have never been arrested or convicted of any felony, crime whatsoever in the state where you applied for the clearance. Actually that is a positive answer. No worries, you are on the right way.
