I sent request to FBI with CC on it for PCC. Is it possible to ask them to send me two reports instead of one? I may also do a job application so it would be useful for me to have a spare one just in case..

I also suspect the place where I went did a poor job of doing my fingerprints. How picky are they with staying within the squares, etc?

Two copies? No. If you paid twice, then yes. Not picky as long as prints are readable.

I just called them. Apparently my report was mailed 3 days ago (August 21st)

May be its opening the package. My package reached on June 12th so I inquire about whether my case is received or not and he mentioned that he has my record and confirmed that they have what it needs for the report and should be mail out by next week.

I called them, but I forgot to ask about the tracking number... The attendant just told me it was mailed 3 days ago.
You can try to call 304-625-2000 and ask.
