Nope! They'll dispose of your visa number or if you paid by money order/certified cheque they'll send it back to you.
Anywhere that does finger printing professionally. Google it and you will find the closest place to you. Just make sure to call and verify
Hi, I just tried doing it, but I don't see any section to provide my tracking number. Also, the website says we need to mail the fingerprint card along with a copy of the confirmation e-mail.

Thats good to know. what do you mean by "sent application with tracking"? Do they ask for the tracking number when you resubmit using eDO?
No, you will need to go to the edo.cjis.gov to fill out an application form. When you complete the form and pay the payment, you will receive a cofirmation email. You copy the email and include your telephone number and tracking information, and forward it to identity@fbi.gov.
On the application, no. However you have to forward your email confirmation to identity@fbi.gov with your name, address, phone number, courier company and tracking number.
