US POLICE CERTIFICATE??

Hello Guys!
I need to upload to my application de Police certificates or records from all the countries I’ve lived in since 18 years old for the past 10 years. (That would be Panama, USA, Canada, Argentina and Mexico).
That is not an issue for me, as I was either studiying, working or I am a citizen of those countries, BUT the US. I went there as a turist and then my parents decided to stay. I lived there for 4 years until I decide to leave on my own. I took a plane and leave. Elegal imigration life wasn’t that great for me.

But now I found myself needing a police certificate from the US. How do I get one if I never had a social security or filed taxes etc. I am well aware that I need it and I can’t left it out of my application, but do you guys have any idea what should I do?

Just a note that you do NOT need to provide a PCC for Canada.

No they will get it themselves.
For the US PCC (FBI IDHS), you don't need a social security number, or ever have had any taxes filed, regardless of your immigration status in the US.
Just create an EDO account in the link below, fill in the FD-258 and send it. You'll receive via email barely a few days after they receive the fingerprints. Just make sure they are of acceptable quality.
