Thank you! That should be pretty simple. Yup I'll also be sending all that. Although I'm trying to find out where to get the photos done in the US? I tried walgreens but they only do the 2x2.

Costco, FedEx Office, and AAA are three places I can think of off the top of my head. You should take the .PDF file PR photo guide referenced in the Ready for Visa email with you, as most places that do passport and other ID photos can adjust their equipment to conform.

What state are you in?

Thank you, I'm going to look into FedEx office. It looks like there's a location near me.

That's strange, I went to Walgreens and they had settings based on different countries, like one for US photos, one for Canada photos, etc. Maybe it depends on the individual store.

Wow, another December US applicant speeding ahead of November! I'm happy for you, but it's a bit of a surprise. Fingers crossed my BGC goes in progress soon :D

Yeah, I was surprised too, pleasantly, though I know it can range anywhere from 1 week to months from here. Hoping you get your BGC soon too!

Ours is Texas and we had to find a place that specifically did canada pictures. 3 hour drive and 130 dollars later lol because noone would cut to the specific measurments

Hi Everyone!

I sent away my PPR to Ottawa (from inside Canada) on the 16th and it arrived on the 17th! I am tracking the envelope that I sent to them for them to send me my COPR and it doesn't seem like they have done so yet! Just wondering if anyone has any insight on how long it will be until I *might* receive my COPR. Obviously very anxious and weary because they have been declining so many photos recently!

So nice to hear everyone getting PPR! Good luck in this process :) :) !

We're on the same timeline as you in terms of when we mailed ours and when it arrived. As of now, tracking hasn't activated. I've been unable to log into MyCIC for the past hour or so, so I haven't been able to check whether my status on there has changed.

Oh yeah, I can't log on either! Hopefully we both receive our COPRs soon!

My husband had the same problem in Texas. After Walgreens said they could, they actually couldn't. Neither could FedEx, UPS or CVA. I finally found an actual profeesional photographer place that could do it for him. Talk about frustrating as you know what.

Ours was about 10 days from the time they received it and I got it back. Would of been a day sooner if I didn't live in the Northern Boonies...lol

I made a lot of phone calls from Canada trying to set something up and tried very hard not to send him on a wild goose chase. Finally found a place in Ft Worth and they were doing another Canadian Passport photo a couple of hours before his apt so she was aware of what needed to be done. It seems the further south you go the harder it is to do some of these things.

Wow, it seems a bit ridiculous to have to go to such lengths! I live in Washington, near the border, so I guess it makes sense that our Walgreens would have the option to cut to Canadian standards. Glad it worked out for you guys, though :D
