US Outland applicant while staying in Canada

I'm confused about Out land application while staying in Canada. I'm Canadian and my husband is American. Out land is being said here to be the best way to go.. but
if my husband is visiting me while we wait, what do we put for the part where it asks if we are living together? Technically he is living with me while visiting and
waiting right? wrong?
