US or Canada visit visa

Hello everyone,
My bf in UAE wants to apply for a visit visa to come and visit me. I have a visit visa for USA and I am on work permit in Canada. He has family in the USA.
He will also be applying for a (Canadian) PR from UAE.

My question is which visa is easier to get US or Canada?

Any advice is appreciated.

Since you have a US visa you know there is an interview required, which, depending on the country of application can take quite some time. Compare that to the posted AVERAGE visa processing times is the best you can do. Right now showing 152 days from the UAE.
