US MS student require entry in Canada from India

Hi,
I am a software professional. I have 5+ years of experience in software industry. Currently working in India. I have done my masters in computer science from a reputed U.S. university. I also worked in U.S. for 1 year on OPT bases. But due to some family issues, I had to come back to India. Now, I want to get a PR for Canada. Is there a provision for software professionals who have completed there Master's degree from U.S. and also have experience from U.S.? Please guide.

No - there isn't. You will follow the same application process as anyone else.

There is no advantage in having US masters and experience under Express entry. You will have to go through the same process of evaluation of degree and creation of Express entry profile just like any other applicant .

You will have to get FBI Identity History summary as additional doc.

There is one important point I forgot to mention. Apart from M.S. degree from U.S. and work experience in U.S., I also hold a valid H1b. I haven't consumed the quota of 6 years, since I came back to India after OPT. Is there any provision for skilled workers outside Canada, with valid H1b, and prior work experience and degree in US? Kindly guide.

In 2014 some province (forgot the name) offered Nomination to applicants with H1b . But it's not available now . You need to keep checking the Province websites.

But IELTS and WES report is must in that case too.
