The latest available dates are in Vancouver and calagary somewhere around June/July.
: Within the same province, you should be good changing the consulates. If you are changing the province i am not sure how would the on-going/future restrictions would affect that.
Actually You can book anywhere. But when you want to rescheudule better change it to Ottawa or Toronto. If you want to go to another province fill up a new DS160 accordingly.
One doubt. Let say today i fill ds 160 for calgary and got an appointment for july and then later on got early appointment in toronto, so i have to fill new ds 160 and submit this new one...correct?

I got an appt in Calgary for mid Aug. Still looking to see if I can land a spot at the Toronto or Ottawa consulate. With covid restrictions being lifted hopefully more spots open up.
How did you get in mid August? Is it normal or expedited appointment as I booked about a month back, but the earliest appointment it is showing for non immigrant Visa is 1st Feb 2022?
It's a normal appointment. You have to keep checking regularly for cancellations. I booked mine back in April, but always check for openings in Ontario.
