I know this is a really old thread but I had a query. As of right now I have a green card and I wanted to know how I could obtain a PR of Canada. What’s the process and everything and how it goes down and it’s details according to the new laws and regulations by both countries over time. yes when entering Canada (and you are Canadian PR and US LPR), you dont need to worry about as long as you satisfy the 2 yr out of 5yr requirement.
