Do they have interview in Canada or in India?
In India they can just tell the attendant who manages the queue to have translator after entering the consulate. It should be fine.
In Canada, i am not sure. Try calling/emailing and enquire about it.

Documents: Proof of income or your income proof to show that they have enough money while in US, proof of residency, proof of assets/job - to prove that they are settled in the resident country and wont overstay. If hotel/tickets booked then its copy.

I have applied for B1/B2 visa on February 28 2022. My application was placed under administrative processing since then. It's been more than 60 days and I haven't heard back despite all the emails I have sent during this period. Any advice on what to do? Anyone going through the same situation?

Hello. I'm applying for a B1/B2 visa from Canada. This is my first time applying for a US visa. The earliest appointment date is 14 July 2023 I've booked one :( I have a very important business event later this year that I absolutely cannot miss.
1. Do slot 'before' 400+ days open? When to check for them and how frequently?
2. Does expedite request work? Any recommendations/tips?

Any support will be helpful. Thank you!

Seems people can get early appointment but checking the site frequently and prepone it.
But if you can get proof from client/business that you need to be there sooner then you can very well expedite from that site with the reason and see if they approve your request. You dont need to wait till 2023 for any important trips.

Please is there anyone who had interview waiver for B1/B2 Visa and has administrative processing as their status?

Was it an interview waiver or physical interview that you had? What consulate is your application under?

I tried emailing them, but they can only change DS160 and visa type. They can't change answer to YES in the scheduling portal.

without taking any further risk, I'll cancel current one, make changes and book new appt
I have to get my DS160 changed. Which email did you use?

On their website it says 4-6 weeks. But lot of people get it much sooner than that as per experiences here.

when did your documents delivered??
