Thank you Absolute Canada, After 23 days today my case status changed to issued after I sent email. Am really not sure whether email worked or they moved automatically. But it worked for me. Thanks much for your suggestion.Thank you, I send email.
Did you check the status in https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspxHey I'm in the same situation, it's been almost 4 weeks and haven't heard back yet, status still saying "send documents" did you do anything or just waited? How long did it take?
