I have a question regarding language requirement for citizenship application .I have canadian masters degree but my wife is graduated from the U.S.If I send her US transcript and diploma ,will it work ? or I need to get an canadian equivalent degree from WES or other agencies?

Using her US transcript and diploma should be just fine.
