My case is some complicated, I studied in US from 2010 to 2013, and then work in Canada from 2016 to 2017 (some business travel to US). After that, I never went to US again. I applied a copy of no criminal report from FBI in 2017/8, I want to submit EE application now, should I have to apply another criminal report from FBI again at this time?
US criminal report expired 2 years, but never went to US after that, should I provide another one?
