I am writing on this site for more intel on how we can come to Canada . My children and I are US citizens, and my husband is a MEX citizen. We've been married for 2 years but been in a relationship since 2008 . He was in the US illegally since 1998-2008 then the crew he was working for was on top of the building working (commercial roofing) was surrounded by US Marshals and ICE . He was brought the detention center and got out on bail and that's whenever his workers permit's began. Then in 2010 was arrested for a DUI probation and community service was completed . 2007 and 2015 Hey I got pulled over for driving without a license which the fines were paid in full . A judge and Georgia Denied denied for him to stay in the United States and gave him 90 days voluntary leave. He did not leave on our house was surrounded March 1, 2017 someone reported that we were holding a fugitive in your house and US marshals took my husband being he was the only male in the house . So then he was deported so me and my children are in the United States my husband is in Mexico we have went to visit him but beings that the city he is from in Mexico is such a violent place neither one of us are comfortable with our kids being there . We are in the process of the I-130 here in the US but it still could be another year and it is a 50/50 chance of being approved or denied again. So my main question today is with all that being said can we come to Canada and how could we get there , altogether as a family. Any information or advice would greatly be appreciated thank you for your time .

Do you or your husband have education/skilled work experience that would qualify you for one of Canada's economic immigration streams? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

If not, then reality is there would be no feasible way for your family to ever get PR status in Canada.

You need to review the Canada immigration link and see if you qualify for any of the available programs. If you think you do have the work experience to qualify, there are sections on this forum dedicated to each one where you can get more specific info. This one you're posting in here is for Family Class Sponsorship which doesn't apply to you (you are not being sponsored by a family member in Canada).

It sounds like he may be inadmissible to Canada at this time.

When did his probation and community service end for the DUI? If it was in 2015 - he's inadmissible to Canada until 2020.

While he's inadmissible, immigrating to Canada will not be possible.
