US citizen wants to live in canada

Hello .
My sister single mother of 3 . U.S citizens
Has no other family member in the U.S
All her family members (parents .brothers sisters .nieces nephews ) are Canadian citizens and some are Canada born .
How is possible to sponser her with her kids to Canada .

If she wants to immigrate to Canada, she will need to qualify on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry. It's not possible for anyone to sponsor her. Details of Canada's immigration programs can be found here:

Was wondering after seeing that your whole family except your sister are Canadian citizens, was your sister a Canadian citizen before becoming a US citizen? Is so, she might have thought that she lost her Canadian citizenship when she became a US citizen, but both countries recognize multiple citizenships; so unless she officially renounced it in front of a Canadian government official, she would still be a Canadian citizen, and that would make her three children Canadian citizens by descent as well.
