US citizen need Visa to enter Canada?

Hi,
I have applied for Canadian PR and in the final stage.
Received a passport request.

We are expecting a baby and the delivery will happen in US.
The baby will be US citizen and will get US passport.

Can the baby enter Canada with us or needs a visa or need to apply for PR for the baby?

Birth in a family, like addition of dependent member need to fill form.

Now that i am in the final stages...do iu have to wait till the newborn?
Or can i add them to the existing application or delay my passport?
