I'm a US citizen living in the US and my wife is from Vietnam. We applied for an immigration visa to the US 2 times. Now we don't know what to do its been three years. Our choices are limited to me moving to VN, or both of us moving to a third country. She does not want to stay in VN. What are the chances of me getting a job in Canada and having my wife immigrate to Canada? Do I need an immigration visa in order to sponsor my wife in Canada?

It totally depends on your skills, occupation, education etc. how easy it will be for you to get a job/immigrate to Canada. Go look at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp for different immigration options. If you apply for your immigration directly, you can include your wife on your file and she can get immigration at the same time. If you come in on a temporary work permit, you could apply for her to join you on an open spouse work permit but that's not a guarantee she would get it.

What do you mean by business sponsored visa? You want to apply for business immigration, you can include your wife on that file as any file applying directly for permanent residency. If you are looking to get arranged employment from a business to support your application for permanent residency, same thing.

If you get a job offer, the employer has the option of applying for an AEO or LMO. An AEO is easier to get and will help you in applying for permanent residency, either through a provincial nominee program or as an FSW. In that case, you would include your wife on your application and she gets permanent residency when you do. An LMO will help you apply for a temporary work permit and then you can apply for a temporary resident visa and open work permit for your wife at the same time or you can do it later, as long as your job is considered a skilled job. On a temporary work permit, you will have options to apply for permanent residency later.
