Hi..

Have anyone recently requested their entry records into the US from US CBP via FOIAonline website ?
Last year I ordered one and got it as a sort of computer printout search result (pdf file)

I have requested another one 2 months ago to get an updated record and received it in a excel table format (pdf file) with no indication that it was issued from any government official website.. is this acceptable by Cananda Immigration if they ask for it ?

I requested my cbp records in 2014 or 2015 just for my personal records. I think it was in PDF format. What is the difference between what you got before and now?

Are you from a visa exempt country. If not, and if you had a visa for usa, you can check your records at the following link too, but it's not detailed though:

I'm not from Visa exempt countries and the I-94 has some missing entries. Even the FOIA had one missing entry which I though was weird, they must have forgot to scan my passport on that day or something.

I was going to upload two images to show the different formats I received but I'm not sure how to do that . Can someone guide me ?

Many people in this forum have observed missing entries either in CBSA report or on CBP report.

Anyway, all you can do is to print the document that you have got and print it and send it as it is when requested. CIC must be aware about the format.

By the way, what is the basic difference you see between the two?

OK. I was able to find a sample online for the computer generated report I received last year.
Link: https://www.flickr.com/photos/55468248@N08/5164911046/

The one I received this month is a simple excel sheet table with column names such as: Document Id, Last Name, First Name, Crossing Date/Time, DoB, Inbound/Outbound, Site, Document Country and Document Type. Its a simple excel table format which I can put together and claim that I received from US CBP.

I had the same computer generated as per the link above.

The excel one that you received this time, is it in excel format but the file is actually pdf?
I suppose, in any case, just print and send it as it is rather than making any changes to the file if requested
