US Car already in Canada

I lived in USA for 25 years, work and bought a car in 2012 in Arizona. In 2015, my son (who has both nationality because I am a Canadian with a green card) wanted to study in Quebec to learn French. We came in 2016 but we were going back to our home in Florida in his vacation. In 2020 he was suppose to graduate but Covid hit, we couldn't go back to our house as of today June 2021 and now my car is still here in Canada, and I cannot go back to do the transfer to have it registered here in Quebec. It is a Dodge Durango 2012, so how should I go to be able to transfer and registered my car here in Quebec since I don't want to go back to USA??? HELLLLPPPPPP

Can someone help on this ? I am in a fairly similar situation. my car is the US, I moved to Canada a year ago. Now I want to move my car here but I cant go to the US myself as I don't have a visa, can a friend go and drive it up and do the export process on my-behalf or are they any brokers who will do this. I am from Ontario btw.
