US Border re-entry in July 2020

My wife lives in Toronto, I'm planning to drive from US side in 3rd week of June. Does anyone whether I would be allowed to drive back to US after spending a few weeks in Toronto?

Currently, on H1b and have PR.

You should have no issues provided your H1b is still valid.

There are strong rumours of an executive order banning re-entry of H1b, L1 and J1 visas to US. My advice to do a bit of research on that topic.
