US based CIC paper PR-PNP applicants only

hey Guys,

I am in US at the moment and got my SINP nomination (OID) day before yesterday.
Scenario with me, though I am in US, I am moving to Australia for good (PR) in next month and planning to send my papers to CIC from Sydney, Australia.

My questions is, Can I send all my documents now from US except US PCC (FBI CJIS) and rest of the PCC (India and Australia) ?

yes you can. Thats what I did. I just sent my Indian PCC along with application along with a letter stating FBI in process and that will submit as soon as its available. However, hold off on sending FBI Identity history until you received AOR. Once you get AOR with UCI and application number, submit it via CSE with a message saying "Please upload my police certification from USA and attach to my application". That should do it.

Did you send along with Medical ? if not, is that a good practice to send it along with Medical ?

Here is my situation and need second pair eye on it.

I am SINP Nominated applicant (Nov 2017) applying PR for myself and my family (my wife and my daughter) under SINP nominated Paper based applicant.

I lived in India (born), US for 4+ years (H-1B), and Australia (Current on PR).

Following are the list of document I am planning to send, could anyone please have second pair of eye on it and confirm whether or not if I’m missing something here ?

• Photographs - All three of us (3)
• Passport - for all 3 of us - PC
• Birth certificate copy - for all 3 of us - PC
• Marriage certificate - 1 - PC
• Identity proof (DL) - for 2 of us (me and my wife) - PC
• IELTS - IELTS score card for myself (1) - PC
• Nomination approval letter Copy - PC
• PCC - For both of us (me and my wife) Original (FBI is still pending, rest all are there for both of us).
• IMM0008ENU_2D Generic Application form - One covers details of entire family (1) - Original
• IMM5562- SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION YOUR TRAVELS - for myself only being primary applicant (1)
• IMM5669E SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARATION - for me and my wife (2) - Original
• IMM5406E - ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION- - for me and my wife (2) - Original
• IMM0008_4e - SCHEDULE 4 ECONOMIC CLASSES - PROVINCIAL NOMINEES - Only for me as being primary applicant (1) - Original
