Urine test

Hi everyone, I'm look for help from anyone that can shed so,e light on what is being looked at for the urine test? My doctor prescribed me ACCUTANE, the meds can alter with your lipid profile and blood glucose levels, I'm debating wether I should wait until I do my medicals onto avoid raising any concerns with my urine profile. Please help?

I have absolutely no medical knowledge but looking at my urinalysis these are the things they look at
Glucose
Bilirubin
Ketones
S.G
Blood
pH
protein
UBG
Nitrate
Leukocyte

So glucose is definitely something that is tested [among all the other sciencey stuff].
