I plan to visit India soon. And I have Indian passport. My question is when i come back to canada is the TRV (multiple entry) stamped on my passport by canadian govt and work permit are enough for border check. Or do I need to provide any other docs?

Work/study permit usually has clearly written on it that it doesn't allow re-entry. You will get re-entry based on TRV. Make sure it is not expired or expiring.

Ya i have TRV stamped on my passport and it is valid...so all good..

And it is a multiple entry TRV visa...
