I would appreciate your quick response if you know the answer of this case.
I have submitted my study permit online application on July-3 using letter of acceptance from university of ottawa to purse my PhD. study in electrical and computer engineering program in Fall-2019, and since the submission date I still waiting for my study permit and VISA to be issued.
Few days ago, I got a better offer from another McMaster university PhD study also in electrical and computer engineering but for Winter-2020, and I really like to join this university and withdraw my application at university of ottawa. Please help me answering these questions
1- Do I need to apply for new study permit since I am changing the university and also my join date is different (i.e. Winter-2020 however my study permit application was for Fall-2020).
2- In case that I can use the study permit that will be issued soon, what is the correct procedure to transfer my study to McMaster university.
Should I first change the university DLI # after I get the visa using my online account, then withdraw my application from UoOttawa or what?
3- If Yes was the answer to question (2), this means that I can enter canada using PoE document that issued for Fall-2020 but I will travel in December?
4- What about the new Letter of acceptance that I got from McMaster university, Do I need to sent it to CIC now or just show it when I travel to canada?
Please note that I didn't get my study permit yet, so please guide me with the right procedure that I should follow.
