Hi ALL,

I will really appreciate if someone could advise me in my situation.

I have a PGWP untill feb 2015. My 1 year work experience will be complete 4 days before my visa ends. Is there any chance that I can apply for CEC and can stay in Canada ? How would this whole thing work ?

Pls Pls advise !!

You can apply for CEC..But after that you need to wait for your PR, you cannot work without LMO..
Try PNP....its fast it will give you enough time to apply for BOWP...

Thanks for reply. My job is contract job (1 year contract). Is there any chance to get PNP approved, if I apply for this contract job ?

Also - if your employer is willing, they can apply for an LMO about 4 months before your PGWP expires. There are special (easier) rules for the LMO if you're currently on a PGWP - no advertising requirements (employer does not have to prove they tried to hire a Canadian first).
