please if anyone can help out. We are family of three. I am looking for two bedroom condominium in the heart of mississauga. Most perferably Kaneff/Hillcrest. I have spoke to several agents and they all require credit check or 4 months advance payments. Which is Alright. But we need it by May 10 as we will be landing on May 9th. please if you have any suggestions or anyone whom dont need credit check. Kindly appreciated

Look for short term accommodations for your arrival. Once you are in Canada, then start looking for a more permanent place to live. It's typically pretty difficult to find a rental before you arrive - especially in the GTA. Good luck.

Hi kinz90 Scylla is right you should find a place for a week or 2 while you search for a permanent place.
I have 6 places I can show you they are all vacant and I might be able to get it for you in 2 days but reality is that you need to find an airbnb or motel6.
There is one motel6 at britania and hurontario,is close to square 1 if that is where you want be motel6 is $70 a night very clean with microwave and fridge.
I use motel6 often for new clients like you.
