Urgently need help for PR Application

Hello,

I have submitted my PR application under the PNP. on Nov 2012. they have returned back me my application due to translation of the birth certificate, I have re submitted it on 2nd week of December now it has been almost a month, I have noticed that my Credit account still did not charged the fees yet, wondering because my PNP approval is going to be expired on 3 rd week of January, so now I have almost 10 days remaining, if I will get back application again then I have to re apply for PNP again which requires time & fees, kindly if anyone can give me any idea what to do further.

I dont think so...ur application has been received by them before ur expiration...one of my frnd had the same case and received his file number and now medical recently...

If you have a tracking number for the application that was sent, then that will verify your package has been transmitted and received, and the LoA expiry will not matter as long as the package has been received at CIO before the expiry dates. If you have already obtained your AOR from CIO-NS (also known as CIO-Sydney) then your application has been accepted as complete; you will see a CC charge a few days before the AOR is sent to you.

I have also applied in November-12 (08th november) and till date i did not heard anything from CIO and worried about my application. would u like to share when did u submitted ur application to CIO in november and when did u received it back. r u in Canada applicant or outside. i will be thankful for your help.
