ok, and you did not answer me that if we get message for study and work permit when they post it then why not in multiple visa?

lol...i dont know...you should ask Canada
They do things as they like...however, if you get a passport request for TRV it means that the process is complete and they just have to put the sticker...so in a way they do inform you...
Also they dont inform when they have posted work/study permit...they just inform that your permit is approved.

Well if i would have Ottawa's phone number than i won't be here on this forum : All i have is CIC call centre number and they cannot answer Visa questions. Ottawa office have email ID only and that also they reply after 2-3 days with automated replies i guess

If i won't have to go to India this time i won't be tensed like this
