URGENT_ how to send to Sydney NS PO Box? Fedex say need a Phone No. ????

Im applying for Federal Skilled worker program.

I'm trying to send documents to CIC Sydney, NS. However, Fedex and DHL both said they need a reception's phone no.??

I cannot find a phone No. on the website.

Anyone knows how to send ??
