Hey,
Can anyone help me with this situation, cic asked for additional documents(rcmp,police clearance and the remaining fee) last year in march, they gave me 60 days to send the documents. I mailed them everything and after that in june they asked me for medical . But when I go online into my cic account it doesn't show that i submitted anything and says required. But it's already been almost 19 months just few days left but no answer . Even on cic online it just says in process! When i called cic they said they received the documents!
Please help me if anyone had the same situation

It would help to know what you've applied for. If you have applied to immigrate, you should specify through which stream.
