I think if that course 2yrs Masters degree then you have to mention that otherwise option 2.

You have to mention only 2 years of post graduation. CIC explicitly states that only the highest degree obtained is required.

Was your degree in canada masters or PG diploma? You have to be careful with option 2 because if you chose that option without having your indian bacholor evaluated, your application would rejected.

If your ECA report explicitly mentions both the degrees, then you can choose the "Two or more.." option. Otherwise, no, you have to choose bachelor's degree. You must not make assumptions - You must choose an option based on what is mentioned in your ECA report.

Yes, but he has Canadian Post grad, which does not require ECA?

My apologies. I missed that.

So, if he has a ECA report for his bachelor's and a Canadian post grad, then he can choose 2 or more degrees, IMO.

His 2nd degree was a 2 years PG studies in Canada which does not require an evaluation. I think he is qualified to select option 2 if he needs those points. Would like to see what others think.

Yes, correct. Sorry, I missed to read a few things. My mistake.
