I am a Nigerian citizen, living in South Africa with a study permit. I want to know if it is possible for me to apply for a Canadian study permit in South Africa and what document to I need. Thanks in advance for ur contribution.

Yes you can apply from another country of nationality !!! If you have completed the course it is always advisable going to your country and apply for the visa! Because it shows you are a genuine student and will return back to your country! This adds additional points to your profile!!

Thanks for the advise.. But I have not completed the course. I studied engineering and got admitted in South Africa to study business management. I now find this course irrelevant to my engineering career. Now I want to apply for a power engineering course in lambton college. What point do I need to prove wen I am applying for the study permit in Canadian as I see this as a weak link.

CIc people always link previous studies with your profile which you have applied now!
Better create a strong SOP saying the reason why you choose bussiness ....why now you are taking power engineering!!
