I have got a conditional admit stating thatt i have to submit my final trancript showing degree. But my exams ended in the first week of june only. The declaration of my result will be in last week of july probably.

yes and apply before 1 august at all costs.

okay! So can i apply with 7 semester's marksheets then? Because my last sem result wont come before last week of july and that will be too late

if u have a conditional offer letter u need to fullfil the condition on ur offer letter and attach documents. It is not recommended to use a conditional offer letter and not fullfil the condition.

but the condition is to send my final transcript which is not possible until august. also the university said that they do not issue any other offer letter except the one already given now(i.e. they wont send a new unconditional offer) .what should i do then?

i recommend that u use whatever u have but apply before 1 august because applications filed after 1 august are usually rejected.

First you get a Degree completion letter from college on their letterhead stating that youve completed your degree and final sem results arent available at this point of time and will be issued later on and get your prinicipal sign and seal on it and send it to your college in canada if they accept theyll send you an unconditional i.e, LOA then apply for VISA
