Scylla is right, it is hard for us to help if we don't understand your question. Please confirm if I have it right. You live in Pakistan and your sister in Canada has sent you an invitation to come and help her as she expects her baby to be born on October 7. You wonder if you should apply for a visit visa online?? I don't know whether online or submitting an application to the embassy is faster. DO be sure to include all your ties to your home country so the VO does not think you might overstay in Canada. Search Forum for all visa refusal reasons and learn from others' lessons. Be cautious about making your visit sound like you will be a nanny for your sister. The more she appears to "need" you, the stronger your ties become to Canada.
