My brother's wife's sister is the citizen of canada
right now she is living in pakistan and she and her husband got their citizenship in torronto ,,, i want to ask you that Do they can sponsor my brother and his wife.....which is the best province from where they can sponsor easily rule wise......they are ready to live anywhere in canada in order to sponsor his brother in law.
I am waiting for your reply
Thank You

They cannot sponsor his brother. As per the CIC website, siblings can only be sponsored if they are orphaned, under 18, or not married/in a common law relationship.

Some of the provinces have a provincial nominee program through which you can sponsor a sister or brother. Here is the website for the one in Saskatchewan:

Yeah but it's not that simple.

The sponsor must have already been living in Saskatchewan for a full year with a job. Then on top of that, the applicant must be between 18-49 years old, be educated, be a skilled worker, and have an offer of full time employment in writing from a company in Saskatchewan, and be able to speak English well enough to pass the proficiency test.

In other words, yes, it's technically possible, but very unlikely to succeed, especially in a weak economy.
