Urgent wrong document uploaded in proof of medical exam.

Need your suggestions please.
I uploaded a wrong document in proof of medical exam by error.
Should it be a reason for the rejection.
I sent a CSE with the correct proof of medical exam again.

Even without the proof of medical exam.
Can they find my medicals because medicals are sent to CIC directly by the doctor right?
I want to make sure ,If they don't notice my CSE .It shouldn't be a reason for rejection saying incomplete documentation.
Proof of medicals shouldn't be a barrier for rejection I guess

Yes, IRCC has access to your med reports in their system since your doctor sends it to them after taking your consent.
