Urgent: Worker to Student

My situation:
Pgwp expiring in May 2025.
Wife on sowp - same expiration.

My question:

As there are no courses available (BEng) in May for which my wife can get sowp, I’m looking to apply for September intake.

A.) Will I be able to stay in Canada up until September (after I get my decision on study permit) and what will be my status in that period.

B.) If my study visa gets approved, will my wife be able to stay as well? Assuming her sowp gets approved (we’ll be applying together).

C.) Will her permit renew from September onwards or before?

I would really appreciate if someone can help me on this. I’ve been searching this for a while now.

1. Do you have admissions to a program? PAL? Once your PGWP expires you stop working. You cannot study (or work) until you begin your studies. Funds for 2 people ($26k plus tuition).
2. She can apply for SOWP if you have the funds and are approved for study permit.
3. SOWP begins when you start studies. So like you, she stops working and cannot work until approved and program starts.
