Please please help !! :'(
I have already received my ITA and preparing the documents. I've been working in a full time job in Saudi Arabia from 2007 till 2014, and I took my full time masters in the UK, which I claimed points for , during this period ( 2011-2012 ) . My leave for study was internally arranged with my department, hence I was still to HR a full time paid employee and was issued an employment certificate in accordance ( employee from 2007-2014 ). My issue now is that HR will not agree to break up my employment period to exclude the one yr of study nor will they give me a payed leave certificate. In my EE profile I entered my work experience as a continuous period as mentioned in my employment certificate, as I will anyway gain maximum points for experience even if I take out the period of study . What will you suggest me to do ?
