Urgent, Work permit denied, ask to leave.

I have stopped working the day I received a letter, so on the 15th of May. My employer hasn't obtained an approved LMIA. I'M assuming that is the only way to get a work permit? What if I receive an invitation from my pool for a Young Professional visa or working holiday visa?

I have stopped working the day that I received the letter from CIC. Let's say I get a restoration as a tourist in 3 months, would I get a visitor record for like 6 months almost automatically?
