Hello All.

Is it mandatory to include the paystubs in order to prove the foreign work experience ?
I managed to have the letter of reference including all required informations.
I'm asking this because it's a little bit heavy to scan all paystubs (36+).
Please advice
Thank you all

Thank you for your answer.
Assuming that during the processing, CIC needs the payslips, do they reject the application completly or the ask for the payslips as a complement ?

Hi,

I work 37.5 hours/ week at my current job, whereas the full-time requirement is 30/ weeks. So, I'll reach the 1,560 hours requirement before 12 months. Do I still need to wait 12 months to apply?

* Also, do I start my Express Entry profile on the day I have acquired the 1560 hours (or 12 months), so a bit earlier than that? Because you have to wait a while before they send you an invite. So, can I say I have 12 months work experience when say I'm on my 10th month?

Yes - you must wait a full 12 months to apply. You cannot use extra hours worked to apply earlier. You must have 52 weeks of work where you complete at least 30 hours.

Hey folks,

So after completing my 1 year post grad i have a full time job in NOC B criteria. I also worked full time for 4 months in the summer while I was a student. Since I paid taxes on the salary i made there, would that time be counted for my work ex evaluation? Please some input will really be appreciated.

Won't be counted.
