Hi Members,
I would really appreciate if any senior members can help me with this!
My tourist visa to a country was declined a few years ago and when I came across these statutory questions:
1. Has [name of applicant] been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or a visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
2. Has [name of application] ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
I replied NO to the first question and YES to the second one with an explanation as I was a bit confused with the wording of these questions as there is an overlap. It's been over 6months and I haven't received any updates.
My questions are should I raise a CSE and correct the mistake for the first question or should I let it be - because in a way I am giving the information about rejection of my tourist visa?
Many thanks!
