Urgent..What should write in LMO number in Open Work permit for spouse

Hi All,

I got my study permit last week and my wife's TRV (Visitor) is rejected. Now I am planning to apply again for my wife but for open work permit category. In CHC instrction it is said that for dependent LMO is not necessary, but when I try to fill up the form i can not validate the form with out LMO number...and even NA is not acceptable, it accepts only numbers. What should I write there .......

dont have any idea but i guess u can write 0000000(zero).
its computer wch will accept it.
