I applied visa on 10th july, in chennai VFS! my file transferred to Delhi by 11th july! mu file Under processing!

planning to get into Fanshawe, for International Business Management course!

10th: 76%
12th: 86%
BBA: 75%
IELTS: 6.5 (nothing less than 6)
a certificate program in HR, with 3 years of experience as a Business manager!
Medical & gic done.

Experts,
does my profile suit for the above stated course?!

Sorry, to say but you do not need to attach any extra documents thn the required ones (unless ask by CHC) or else your file will not be considered under spp.
Note: if you pay full fees and do your gic means you meet the financial requirement.
To increase your chance for the visa try make a strong sop and do not forget to explain why you scored less in bba? and why you are still a potential candidate to apply for your course in canada.

As you have already applied for the visa there is no point thinking about your course choice (now). Just be positive and wait for the visa approval. But your profile looks very strong with good academics and work experience and yes IBM suits your background so your chances of getting visa is almost 99%. Good Luck!
