URGENT: VFS says Singapore Received Passport, CIC and Sing Immigration denies

Hello,

I have received my passport request via CIC on March 14, 2017 and I have submitted my passport to the Singapore Visa office via the VFS Global office Bangladesh on April 11, 2017. I have received a confirmation from the VFS that my application has been received on April 16, 2017 and I was given a tracking number.

On April 18, 2017 I have received another email that my application has been received by the Singapore Visa office. I also went to the website of VFS to double check and tracked with my tracking ID and it showed that Singapore office has received my application and processing it.

This morning I have received the mail below from this address that this is a final reminder and I have been sent the same PDF as I have received for my PPR on March 14, 2017. However, in the email, it is said that You have not complied with our previous request for supporting documentation. I am just confused that whether my whole application has not been received or it is a problem with a specific element e.g., photo, passport, form which did not meet the requirements.

Also, I have received this email from spore.immigration@international.gc.ca and I first thought this could be a scam but they have uploaded the same PDF I was given during my PPR in CIC account and also provided another one where it was written in red FINAL REMINDER sent by email and MyCIC account
Submit by 20-MAY-2017. When I went to my CIC account, I got the same PDF. So for sure, this is not a scam rather a valid one.

Thanks a lot in advance for replying to this. I am now very confused that where should I contact for this and whether there is a phone number for this.

I have taken the photo from a studio in Bangladesh, who are quite renowned and they have been doing this for quite some time. I have submitted the following documents:

- My Original Passport (with validity till 2020)
- The letter/PDF which CIC sent me as PPR,
- Photo (2 copies in matt paper and 2 copies in glossy paper, I was confused which one to submit so took them to VFS and they suggested I should give all four. The studio put their seal on the back of 1 matt and 1 glossy photo, I have written my name, birthday and date the photo was taken on the back of those photos. Put them inside an envelope on top of which wrote my name and application number)
- The annex B form in which I have put my own information as suggested

It is possible that the offcer who issued the mail was not aware of your pp submission, as they received it on 18th. Email them back with your VFS receipt, put the tracking number in body and tell them you submitted on 11th and it reached to them on 18th.

I have replied in that email to the address spore.immigration@international.gc.ca and that was all I could do. Totally in a fix that what could cause this.

I'm just curious to know if anyone have encountered such issues ever. That's so weird.
