URGENT: Validating IMM5669 Schedule A

We downloaded the IMM 5669 Schedule A as per request to fill it out. Once we fill it out and hit Validate the box at the top says Validated :Yes. We save it to the desktop.

When we re-open the document it then says Validated:No.

Is this a common issue, we are just trying to upload the damn thing. We have filled it out now 3 separate times and we get the same results.

Any ideas?!

Using the latest version of Adobe too.
 
Same thing happened to me, with the new june file.
filled it 4 times with 2 different computer...

I was never able to have a 'validated: yes' after re-opening the file..

I just uploaded it like that with a note explaining the problem...
Havent heard anything back, but its been only 2 days, so lets wait and see!

Anyone has a solution gor this problem
 
I have been using the search function but I am not seeing anything. This seems to be a common issue. When you validate and then print it says validated yes. When you save it and reopen it, it says Validated No.

What I understand is that this Schedule A validation is different than the IMM008 validation as later creates bar codes and the former doesn't. The validation "done" means that all the fields are filled, thats it, so once you save it with a validation "done" you can upload the same.

I can relate to both of you, i was able to validate sucessfully but in the button it says NO. Still I save it and tried to upload and it says that the upload is not sucessful. I'm trying it for different computers with same result. Can i ask for help on how to upload it on my link account or gckey account? Thanks a lot
 
pdf file is corrupted.
-make a copy of the pdf file
-open one of the pdf and 'clear data'
-start again
-copy/paste of copied pdf to the 'new' cleared pdf file
-i think the date overlap each other and cause the corrupted data.

example:
Job/history B 2017.05 - 2018.01
Job/history A 2017.01 - 2018.04

Job/history B is between Job/history A. what i did was delete Job/history B from my form and the pdf validated

edit: i am using 2015.006.30306 of adobe acrobat dc
