Dear Seniors,

I am sorry for many questions and doubts, I need very important information from seniors please help me to clear this asap.

I have another query please help me in this. what is the use of "International Transcript Request Form" why it is required and what record university attached with this form is it transcript? if yes then is it mendatory for the institutions to add transcript including marksheets in the envelopes ? or they can only fill and put the "International Transcript Request Form" in the envelope.

International transcript request form is just a request form specific to the organization requesting it and many times it is not mandatory also(but u have to check with the concerned organization if a sealed envelope of transcripts from university is just OK). This form is sent to the educational organization from where transcripts are required and then they will send the transcripts having details about ur marks and a photocopy of marksheets also (which u might have sent to them)

Transcripts are different but contain similar info as on marksheet as I was told by a university guy, but marksheets in sealed envelope are fine. I have always got sealed envelope and so cant say about the format. Dont worry its fine.

If you are talking about credential analysis, you must provide the attested marksheets from examination controller in a sealed envelop.

If you are sending it for ECA reports, u need to get your marksheet & cert. verified from the university.
"verified" means... university will get your marksheet & cert. attested from the controller of examiner and seal it in university envelope.
in my case, i carried my original marksheet & cert. with me to the Mumbai univ. along with the international transcript form and the photocopies of marksheet and cert.
paid fees on Rs. 750/- per copy. and collected it after 20 working days(was to frustrating for me as 20 days are too much)

Did they sign with attested stamp on photocopies or only attested stamp they put on photocopies without signature. Because WES only says attested with dated and if university people sign on photocopies then is that valid for WES to understand because there is no requirement of WES attested with sign.

And when i saw in my case university official (Controller of Examinations) on front of me only attested my photocopies with normal attested stamp with date not signed, and sealed my envelope and signed on flap. I have this confusion appreciate if clear.

i have no idea about this. coz i gt the envelope wich was already sealed.
