Hi all

I am about to send my full application to CHC London but have couple of questions on which i need help
Your feed back shall be appreciated

1) Shall i have to send the Educational documents for Matric, FSC also? If yes then should these be original or fotocopies?
2) Shall i have to send my |Original Degrees or notarized copies?

3) I went to Punjab university and they told me they will not issue me the Degrees and transcripts in sealed envelopes but they shall send the attested fotocopies to CHC London themselves and that university has banned giving out Sealed envelopes to the candidate.
Intead i was told that you send the originals yourself with your application and we shall send your attested copies from our side?
Does any body experience the same?

4) Do i have to pay the RPRF fee? I think the fee that i paid to CIO was for processing and there is no further need to pay fees with complete application? As far RPRF is concerned that can be paid when they ask for it? Am i correct?

As the application package i made dont contain any fees payable to London CHC?

Dear Cucco..
I think you will not send any orignals except IELTS certificate ,but only notarised copies tranlated in English if required will do the job..and if needed you have to produce orignals at the the time of interview, moreover better to send all notarised copies from post secondary education onwards.

This may be a problem. This is what CHC e-mailed me once “Universities in India are familiar with our requirements and have not, to date, refused to issue sealed transcripts. If you are unable to obtain sealed transcripts, you may submit notarized transcripts however, they will be subject to close scrutiny and the visa officer may still require sealed transcripts”

Yes RPRF can be paid with full app or when asked for

It is ok, pay it when asked for

Thanks for your timely replies that saved me a lot

Ankit as far Transcripts in sealed envelopes are concerned i contacted university and the Registrar office said

IT IS NO MORE UNIVERSITY"S POLICY TO HAND OUT THE CANDIDATE TRANSCRIPTS IN UNIVERSITY SEALED ENVELOPES AS DUE TO REPETATIVE MISUSE IN THE PAST. WHAT THEY DO NOW IS TAKE THE XEROX COPIES COMPARE IT WITH THE ORIGINALS AND THE REGISTRAR VERIFIES THESE COPIES THEN THEY PLACE IN UNIVERSITY SEALED ENVELOPE AND SEAL IT WRITE THE ADDRESS ON IT AND CHARGE YOU A FEE TO POST THIS TO WHATEVER CHC REQUESTED IT. SO MIGHT BE BY NOW CHC LONDON KNOWS ABOUT THIS

If that is the case let them send it directly. Just make sure that you give them a letter to be included which has your File number

From your side give notarized copies and explain that transcripts will come from univ directly
