Dear Friends;

again help me to find the correct issue,


I am from IRAN but I have sent my Original Police Clearance certificate for (I) principal Applicant and Spouse from IRAN along with English translation on 02-May-2012.

after this date I was out of IRAN , Emirate & just one time in Aug. 2012 for 15 days were in IRAN , It is necessary to submit again my PCC on interview date , In my interview letter they mention:

Police certificates from countries where you, your spouse and dependants aged 18 years or over have resided for more than six m onths (if not already submitted);

You've already submitted it, so you would not need to submit it again. Since you have been called for an interview, I assume you have requested your GCMS notes, so when you get them, make sure they indicate receipt of your PCC.

So you mean ,No Matter that It passed 7-8 months from submission date???
No Need to update if I found from my CAPIS that it has already recieved by them??

I am too worried plz help

u r required 2 have in possession the PCC from Emirates

Sir u mean if I have emirate PCC , no need to update my IRAN one.
I also already have submitted Emirate PCC on Sep. 2012 .

If you have already submitted the PCC you don't need a new one. The visa office letter says that.

You are good to go without submitting any PCC now..

If you have already submitted the PCC you don't need a new one. The visa office letter says that.

I am afraid because after sumitting my PCC , I was in IRAN for two weeks , also the date of my PCC submission was May 2012.
by the way as I can't recieve update PCC , I will go to interview without new PCC.
