URGENT URGENT HELP NEEDED - CREDIT CARD CHANGE

Hi Guys and Seniors,

Please help! I have sent my application to CIC in Novemeber and was expecting my credit card debit anyday but I accidently closed the same card with the bank. I have another credit card with me and I am ready to send them the new number, does anyone know the CIC phone or fax number to change the card number and please advise further.

Any help is highly appreciated.
